5 simple steps for a good start of the day

  1. Rise early to see the rising sun, and feel freshness of the day.
  2. Exercise, early morning movement will energize your body and make your blood to circulate.
  3. Take cold (or contrast) shower.
  4. Brew coffee. Feshly grounded coffee will wake-up your senses, in case you did not wake-up yet.
  5. Write down notes, thoughts, dreams, plan for the day ahead.
